In a free initial phone consultation, I can answer your questions and tell you about the therapy and how it will help you. This will allow you to decide if you would like to take the next step.
In Session 1, we get straight down to business. It is probably the most important session. I ask more about you and what your best hopes are from the therapy. Then I explain how the brain works in relation to the issue you have brought and, most importantly, how we can work together to fulfil your hopes. We will discuss the logistics, (appointment times, costs etc.) and you will take a soundtrack away with you as well as some techniques to get you started. You will have lots to think about and plenty of encouragement to start off your journey! This session is scheduled for an hour but may take a little longer. Your first hypnosis is in Session 2.
Subsequent sessions will last around 55 minutes to 1 hour. Each time we will identify the positive changes you are making and build on them, finishing with a relaxing hypnosis.
Week by week, you will be moving towards how you want things to be, rather than focusing on how you don’t want them to be.
