The aim of this course is that you no longer battle with will-power. No weigh-ins, no prescribed diet. This is all about how you can take calm, gentle control of your mind around food, at all times, at home and in social situations.

  • Learn how and why your unwanted eating habits have become hard-wired into your brain.
  • Learn how to adjust your thought patterns and change those behaviours permanently, so you can cope in any situation.
  • Take home helpful notes and start to put these changes into practice immediately.
  • Enjoy hypnotic guided relaxations and a CD to keep.
