Stopping Smoking – Permanently

If you really intend to quit smoking, Hypnotherapy can make it a whole lot easier

Here’s a tip

Decide when you want to stop, ideally at a reasonably stress-free time. Anticipate that time as a celebration, not a deprivation. It is a time when you will be set free from the control of tobacco! Imagine the health benefits. Picture the money you will save in a year being handed to you as a wad of bank notes. If you won that money, how would you spend it?

Hypnotherapy can help you stop smoking – for good

If you are a smoker, you have probably calculated the cost of your habit. Apart from the health implications, I’m talking about the cost of a packet of cigarettes, multiplied by however many you smoke in a week, a month, a year.

Many clients tell me of their repeated attempts to stop. Others tell me that they stopped for a long time, then started again. I used to be a smoker so all these stories resonate with me.

The intellectual part of your brain knows about the dangers of smoking. You don’t need me to describe them here.

Normally you don’t have a problem with logic, so why does your brain repeatedly trick you into feeling that you have to smoke when you know you want to give up?

Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand. I am not promising that all you have to do is go into a trance and you will resurface with a loathing of cigarettes. But I can assure you that if you really intend to quit smoking, hypnotherapy can make it a whole lot easier for you.

I have been told by past clients that they were amazed at how easy it was to stop smoking and how little they suffered from cravings.

This is a two-session therapy and includes an engaging PowerPoint presentation.

Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy using the best of CBT and NLP, with hypnosis at the end of the session.
